3. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email and dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

4. Cancellation Rights (EU / UK Customers)

If you are located in the UK or EU (France, Germany, Spain), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To cancel, contact us at support@emiliahart.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
