  • Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase

How to Return

  1. Email support@emiliahart.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return instructions
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@emiliahart.com with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Country-Specific Consumer Rights

🇬🇧 United Kingdom 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Faulty goods covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for up to 6 years.
🇺🇸 United States Returns accepted per this policy. Defective items covered under applicable state consumer protection laws. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
🇦🇺 Australia Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees apply. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss.
🇨🇦 Canada Returns accepted per this policy. Provincial consumer protection laws apply. Quebec residents have additional rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
🇳🇿 New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies. Items must be of acceptable quality; you may request repair, replacement, or refund for faulty products.
🇿🇦 South Africa Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies. 6-month implied warranty on all goods. Right to return unsafe or defective goods.
🇫🇷 France 14-day withdrawal right under EU/French consumer law. 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité). Seller bears return shipping for defective items.
🇩🇪 Germany 14-day Widerrufsrecht (right of withdrawal) under EU law. 2-year statutory guarantee (gesetzliche Gewährleistung). Seller bears return costs for withdrawals.
🇪🇸 Spain 14-day right of withdrawal. 3-year legal guarantee under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Seller covers return postage for defective items.

Our 30-day return policy exceeds the minimum legal requirements in all markets listed above.
