All orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners in Europe and Asia. We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, France, Germany, and Spain, as well as many other countries worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Order cutoff: 12:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date and do not include processing time. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Emilia Hart has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information, contact your local customs office.
Undelivered & Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
