🛍️  Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Please email support@emiliahart.com or call +44 20 8040 1711 immediately. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
Yes — a confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll resend it.
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. We never store your card details.

All times are from the dispatch date. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 / $60. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track My Order page at any time to check the latest status of your delivery.
First, check with neighbours and any safe spots around your property. If it still can't be found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@emiliahart.com and we'll investigate with the courier.
↩️  Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Email us at support@emiliahart.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a return address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
We're so sorry! Please contact us at support@emiliahart.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
📏  Sizing & Products
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in cm and inches. We recommend measuring yourself (bust, waist, hips) and comparing to the chart. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Yes! Emilia Hart carries fashion for both women and men. Our women's range includes dresses, tops, shoes, bags, and accessories. Our men's range includes shirts, jackets, trousers, shoes, and casual sets.
We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. If you're unsure about a colour, feel free to contact us before ordering.
We regularly restock popular items. You can use the "Notify Me" button on sold-out product pages to receive an email as soon as they're back in stock.
